2000s Obsession

I would bet that you knew someone that was OBSESSED with Neon pink, lime green and black in the 2000's. 

This is a four inch embroidery hoop with stretched black fabric, adorned with pink lizards, black glass scraps, and all stitched together with neon pink and green thread.
